Our Security Policy

Registries Direct Inc. respects the privacy of our customers. For that reason we have instituted the following Privacy Policy which discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Secure Site

Our site uses an online secure booking system for all services provided. When you provide any information through this secure online server, or you send us an email, we protect all data against unauthorized access.

Client Information

To complete an online or telephone booking, some personal information will be required. The information that you provide is private and confidential. When you submit your request, the information provided is encrypted with secure server software and is only accessible to a designated Alberta Authorized Registery Agent. After the completion of the scheduled exam all informtion obtained will be purged. This does not include the information the Alberta Government retains.

If you choose to provide your email address, or phone numbers etc for contact. This information is not shared or used except for the contact as you had originally requested in association with your testing.
